Lucianne Grixti

Psychologist & Psychodynamic Psychotherapist

Lucianne Grixti, Psychologist and Psychotherapist consulting from Chrysalis Allied Health in Williamstown, Melbourne.

Lucianne is a registered psychologist and psychoanalytic psychotherapist who works with children, adolescents and adults. She offers a warm, thoughtful, and confidential therapeutic space where people can slow down and make sense of emotional difficulties, relationship patterns, and experiences that may feel confusing, painful, or difficult to put into words.

Her approach is grounded in the understanding that our emotional lives are shaped by both past and present relationships, often in ways that lie outside conscious awareness. Rather than focusing solely on symptom relief, Lucianne works collaboratively with people to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, creating the possibility for lasting psychological change.

Lucianne has completed postgraduate training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy with children, adolescents, families, and adults, and is currently undertaking advanced training as a psychoanalytic candidate with the Melbourne Institute for Psychoanalysis. She brings together over twenty years of clinical experience with a reflective, emotionally attuned approach that is responsive to each person's individual needs and circumstances.

Alongside her clinical practice, Lucianne is the founder and director of Chrysalis Allied Health. She is passionate about creating welcoming, professional consulting environments where independent clinicians can undertake meaningful therapeutic work within a supportive community while maintaining the autonomy of their own practices.

Lucianne offers a limited number of appointments at Chrysalis Allied Health on Saturday mornings. She also consults from her practice (Monday to Thursday) on St Kilda Road, Melbourne, where she provides longer-term psychoanalytic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis.
